Strand Three: Local Community Regeneration and Transformation focuses on Environment and Biodiversity (TRAAD Point Capital). 

This strand focusses on revitalising an underused building on the shores of Lough Neagh to develop a new nature reserve and biodiversity site benefitting 1000 people per annum when complete (local communities, schools and youth groups engaged in educational visits and biodiversity awareness programmes). 

The vision for the project is laid out in the Tradd Point Masterplan developed in September 2024.
