Availability of Submission Documents
In accordance with Section 10 of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 and Regulation 20 of the Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015, Mid Ulster District Council submitted its Local Development Plan draft Plan Strategy (dPS) to the Department for Infrastructure on 28 May 2021.
The submission of the documents to the Department for Infrastructure is the first step of the Independent Examination stage for the Local Development Plan process. In accordance with Regulation 21 of the Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015, the following public notice will be advertised during the week commencing 14 June 2021 and week commencing 21 June 2021.
In accordance with Regulation 21 of the Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015, the Draft Plan Strategy and supporting documents are available for inspection.
Inspection of the submission documents can take place at any of the three principal offices at either of the following addresses, by appointment only:

The Draft Plan Strategy and supporting documents are also available for inspection in the document library. In addition to the previously published information, the submission list contains a number of new documents.
