Are you a Mid Ulster Employer?

Are you struggling with recruitment and retention of staff?

The Employability programme began to recruit participants in October 2024 and we are currently seeking to engage local employers who can offer interview/s for participants who gain relevant skills and qualifications through the programme.

As well as gaining qualifications, all participants will be job ready having had employability training and development via the programme’s mentorship element – this dedicated mentoring will continue for a further six-month period to ensure sustainability of employment.
