Public Realm

A Public Realm Scheme will shortly commence in Maghera

Most recently, a £3.4M Public Realm Scheme has been completed in Coalisland, funded by the Depratment for Communities (DfC) and Mid Ulster District Council.

Other major Public Realm Schemes were completed in Cookstown, Dungannon and Magherafelt. They benefited from the £8M investment funded through the former Department for Social Development (£4.5M) and Mid Ulster District Council (£3.5M) and which saw new paving, lighting, street furniture, signage and planting to each town centre.

In addition a £300K improvement scheme for Market Square in Dungannon was completed in 2017.
