Our online dog licencing service is provided through Council Direct.
You can license your dog online. You need to register your details on the system to be able to log in to the dog licensing service.
You can call us on 03000 132 132 and pay for your licence (if you pay a fee) over the phone.
Microchipping
When you apply for your dog licence, you must also show that your dog has been microchipped.
Microchipping involves having an identification tag inserted painlessly into your dog, making the job of returning pets to their owners much easier should they stray or get lost.
