Mid Ulster District Council appointed Moorefield Contracts Ltd to take forward an exciting mixed-use regeneration scheme on a strategic development opportunity site at Ann Street, Dungannon.
 
The proposal will transform the four acre site into a mixed-use development anchored by a Supermarket, café, car parking and public realm works representing significant investment in the project.
